I am not a huge fan of watching a baseball game on TV. I enjoy watching minor league games live, and frequently go to the AA or AAA teams in whatever city I happen to be living in (right now I've been watching the Portland Sea Dogs battle for last place, whoo hoo!)

As for MLB, I have started watching a random game here and there on the television and following the red sox again, but I haven't been to a live MLB game since the 798 game strike (or however many it was) 10 or 12 years ago. My buddy is convinced he's gonna get me down to Fenway once he gets back from Africa...I'd rather spend $5-$6 and walk to a game, then spend $60 for a ticket, $30 for a bus ride (or drive for 90 minutes and burn my own gas), $80 for food/booze...just too damn expensive. Gimme the minors any day, where the players are still trying to move up in the world.
