How do I change the boot logo on ME? |

If WinMe follows the same structure as Win95 and Win98 there should be a file in C called LOGO.SYS. It may be hidden, so you may have to change some Explorer options to let you see it.
If it isn't there then you may have to create one.
The boot logo should be 320 x 400 x 256 colours, saved as a .BMP and renamed to LOGO.SYS.
I don't have WinMe, though, so this is all conjecture.

Yep, that's basically it. The file needs to be 320x400 (which doesn't make a lot of sense to me, but then I don't work for MS), and 256 colors.
Save the file to the c directory as LOGO.SYS, and you're all set...
