Hello,
i don't know if there is already a similar question within this discusion and I'm sorry if there is.
I have changed my W2K boot logo several times now. It works without problems.
But I don't know how i should use the pictures from this boot logo gallery !?
Every time i try to convert them into a bmp-file with 16 colors they`re looking like shit after that.
How can I use these wonderful pictures?
Can anybody help me with this problem?

Try using IrfanView to reduce the colour depth. Don't use MS-Paint, or PSP, or Photoshop; they mess up the palette.

I've used it on roughly 30 or so images from the gallery and they all look okay.
