Is there any way to watch tv on my laptop thru my desktop's TV tuner? I've tried VNC, and that doesn't refresh the video. Sad Smile i would really like to watch TV on my loft. ANy Idea's??? Confused:

I have know idea to help you with your question, but for a man in college you have too much computer stuff. Geeez a laptop and nd a desktop. I graduated University 1.5 years ago, and when I graduated all I had was a P100 POS.

Yeah, I'm lucky to have the desktop and the laptop. I'm broke though, so I guess it all works itself out. Our school required freshman to purchas a laptop for use in the classroom, so that was my first computer that I could call my own.

(Dell inspiron 3500, PII400, 96 meg ram, 10 gig drive, 14.1" screen)

Half way thru last year (freshman) I decided i wanted to screw around with hardware and OS's. So, along came the desktop.
