any way I can speed up the transfer rates between 2 hd's? They're both on the same ide cable...I know I should probably take them off the same cable, but that's not gonna happen. Anyhow, suggestions welcome.

What OS?

If it's win9x, do you have the DMA box checked?

What hardware are you using? Have you thought about getting an IDE controller card? Wink Smile
