I was really pleased witht he fact that I could open a saved PS TIFF in ILL CS without it breaking down into a zillion little tiffs - which was a MAJOR gafaw in Ill. 9.0 and 10.0 for me.

Or if I applied a filter in illustrator - - even a fading -- and I would save/close/reopen - my image would be a jillion little tiffs - and text was no longer editable.

I am having so much MORE of a good time with the CS stuff. However - I did discover this:

When toggling between programs - if you drag and drop an image from PS CS into ILL CS - it BANDS IT!! And you are left with a multiple image!

Ack!

But you can OPEN or PLACE without this issue.

Just an FYI.

Also - does anyone know why ILL CS doesn't hold K100 as a color?
Sometimes you open up files and the k100 is lost!
