I'm trying to make a combo/list box for my excel worksheet...but i can't get it to put any data in there... its not the same as the regular vb stuff for some reason. can anyone help??

I may be able to send you the routines but you'll have to wait until Monday when I get back to work. I pretty sure I wrote something like that.

Are you using 97 or Later?

If so, there should be a built in control for making drop down boxes. But I believe to populate the control I think it has to address a named range. In other words, put what you want in a column and the name that range of cells.

I am sending you via e-mail a xls file that has VB to utilize a drop-down box. You should be able to pick it apart. and change as necessary to do what you want to do.
