i need some help... I want to make my dell dimension XPS D300 better (lol, its sooooooooo old Rolling Eyes )... anyway, would it help at all to overclock it? i'm sorta new to overclocking, any help would be appreciated... Laughing

You can't overclock it because it is a dell.

The only thing you could probably do is get a used slot 1 CPU but that will depend on yer multiplyer setting the mobo has.

According to the Dell website, looks like you have a 440LX chipset. Sorry...there isn't much you can do with that puppy... Sad Smile

I wasn't referring to money.
I don't know of any factory built computers (Brand Name) that you can do much, if any tweaking to. Unless you order from a company that lets you pick out each part, and you know what your doing you can't do much to change what you've bought . So....You get what you pay for.
