so, you're asking about access cards. I assume you mean ID cards you print on, with pictures and employee info, with an embedded chip with RFID in it which door readers can read to let you in the door and log the fact that you entered.

In the UK, check into PAC. http://www.pac.co.uk/

In the US, I can ask who is the best these days. I don't rightly know anymore.

A few companies that I have visited here in the US use HID Cards.
