I am searching for a wireless access point that supports both 802.11a and 802.11g. I am not too fond of the linksys model, any other suggestions ? This is for my homw netowrk, and price is important also. Thanks.

The 802.11a+g Access points are expensive. Let me throw this out and tell me your opinions. What if I connect a 802.11a WAP, and an 802.11g WAP to an ethernet switch ? Will this give me coverage over both wireless protocols, and will the 802.11a clients be able to talk to the 802.11g clients ? In theory it sounds likt it would work, but real world use can vary from theory.
