Greeeeetings! To all you little white puppies out there. ) This is your local rabies-free otter requesting some help on his beloved computer.
[8D]PIIICumine 500, 100fsbx5, 1.6v. And 512 megs of pc133 crucial.
I've been looking to overclock it recently, and thus come to your forums for help! I've run across two dillemas in my exploration.
:?:1) Since the FSB is the only thing I can modify, I'm raising it (and was able to raise it) to 133 and still be stable. BUUUUT.. My AGP clock's only options are 2/3rd or 1/1. This leaves it at a speed of ~88mhz... is this bad for my GeForce2? (
:?:And 2)ndly.. Would it be a 'desirable thing' to raise my CPU voltage any? I've hear it brings greater stability-- or am I backwards?
Please help this little otter. ( I'm such a lonely software geek in a hardware world.

I have the same chip and i run it at the default voltage clocked at 667/133 fsb without any problems at all.
raising your CPU voltage can increase stability. If you have to raise it i wouldn't go too high without some good cooling. golden orbs are good enough for mild overclocking.
I think your AGP card can handle it but i can't be sure since i have a 1/4 divider.
My CPU voltage is at 1.65v right now and the temps are still good 37c at full load(Seti@home).
500 pIII chips overclock very good I have gotten mine to 851 mhz 170 fsb.

You have to have your image on a web server somewhere and then the code should look sometihng like this....

Hey Spot. I think he was talking about the avatars. You can set your avatar by going to "profile" and then under the heading "Avatar" select whichever pic you want.
