here's the scenario:
IIS 5 (works fine)
PHP 4.3.2 (using ISAPI) (appears to work fine)
Nuke 6.5 (kinda works a little but not really)
mySQL 4.0.12-max-nt (works fine... questionable about the config for Nuke)
anyway...
installed nuke blah blah blah
edited the config file... pretty sure i did it right... not sure about the settings for user_prefix and sitekey
loaded the admin page and get this:

superuser created and was added to the _authors table (verified it in the actual db)
still get the same errors at the top of the page and towards the bottom i can get the admin menu (with various flavors or errors) to load.

cant remember the exact line, but it sounds like a php config problem
you need to allow "external variables" or some such
basically, you need to enable it so that you can transfer variables between files while NOT using POST (this is heavily depreciated tho, allot of php apps are behind the tymes) |

It is a PHP Config setting, edit your php.ini file and update the error reporting to:
error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE
That will get rid of the Notice errors.
