Ok, Im not a DBA, Im not a coder. Im a network admin that plays with linux and web, but when it gets down to parcing code I SUCK. whew rant over. Now on to my problem.

I had a project tossed into my cube. Document manager, php, web hosting, and all in a linux box. Seems some moron in exec saw this (!!!#@$()#$#@$) at a competitor and he now wants it like a he wants that new office space on the 200th floor (fyi, there aint no 200th floor, but he believes there is)

So Im get an email telling me what "I need"
1) linux server
2) Apache
3) php
4) Mysql
5) Docmgr ver .35, (http://docmgr.sourceforge.net) Note this last is actually .33 figured that part out but digging through the code. Newest version of it no longer supports mysql its now postgreSQL

So I get to the point where I need to login into the DB from the web. Guess no joy in mud vill, it just refreshes the page. No errors in logs, either in apache or mysql. I use myPHPAdmin and guess what from the web I can DB opens up and I can manage the DB so I know apache, php and the db talk. I now have it narrowed down to something in the index.php.

Can someone please look at afford mentioned page and see if Im at least in the ball park?
