What kind of Vid Card do you have? If you have a GTS for example, I would step it up to 300W to help supply the life juice. :-D

300W or higher, the bigger the better. A more powerful supply means a less overworked PSU which translates to longer life and hopefully a clean signal. Also, if you have a fan on the vid card and it is powered off the card, move the power directly to the PSU for more stability.

definitely bump up to 300 ( I have a 400 myself )

something else you might want to consider:

moving all of your fans over to a 2nd power supply (EXCEPT for the ones plugged into your MoBo for monitoring) which will keep your power signal that much cleaner, no feed back, no 60 cycle interruptions if you get a fan motor burning out, and decreased load on the PS that your mobo/vid card is getting signals from

the only down side is acquiring an AT ps, if you don't have access to one, and remembering to turn it on and off

There is NO spoon !
