does anybody know how to seal a TEC?

That depends on what your talking about. Do you want to simply seal the edges of the TEC, if so just use silicon, and smear it into the holes between the two plates of the TEC, until it is all sealed up. This prevents condensation from forming in the TEC(People call this "potting" the peltier). If you are looking for how to seal the whole waterblock, TEC, processor unit, there is a pretty good article here(http://www.overclockers.com/articles282/). Hope that helps. Cheers :D

Just the TEC. Its open right now so I can see the elements. I don't want any condensation gettin in there.

Thanks for the info, i wasn't sure if i can just seal it with the silicone or if there was anything special i needed to do.

I used Epoxy myself.. Slipicone (hehe) should be ok though..
