Im not too much of a hardware junkie, excuse my foolishness, but what exactly does that 2-2-2 mean?

ram timing settings in the motherboard bios. 2-2-2 is the fastest performance setting for sdram. i am not sure how ddr sdram timing is.

this helped me make alot more sense of it all.
