I have that same mouse ... only the name is different (Micro Innovations) ... will be getting the Logitech one someday ... can't get those buttons configured in Q3A ...

Nice review, Brain. I got a few chuckles out of it too. Seems you "benchmarked" the Mouse-in-a-Box thoroughly enough to get the feel of it - kind of like driving a different car for the first time... takes a little getting used to.

I was wondering though, how does it compare in size to a generic, run of the mill, two-button el-cheapo? I don't think I could be comfortable with anything smaller.

First I would like to say it is lobotomy. A lobotomy is the surgical severance of nerve fibers connecting the frontal lobes to the thalamus for the relief of some mental disorders. Maybe you should consider such a procedure.

Second, a lobotomy does not change a persons sexual preferences. Unless you have personal experience to show otherwise.

Lastly, it seems only you have somehow decided that "Mr.Pointy" is a phallic reference. If you are looking for Hardware of that type i suggest you go elsewhere.

the mouse is actually just a little bit larger than some of the generic 2-buttons out there, but the front buttons slant down more which increases the "Palm-i-ness" feel of the mouse. this translates into the inability to compare it directly as far as the shape/feel. My suggestion would be to try one out for yourself before buying to be certain it'll be comfortable. but like i said in the article: this thing rocked for casual surfing . . it just wasn't as comfortable for my paw when I'm gaming as the larger mouse is.

I had a similar shaped mouse that someone got as a Gag gift for me a long time ago (it was blue and was supposed to resemble a shuttle craft from star trek) and I was able to deal with the shape well enuff to play diablo with it . . . In fact I wore the original out playing Diablo as well as the 2 replacements that I got before the manufacturer went out fo business

I have the same mouse except its branded Dexxa....the v2 drivers from http://dexxaweb.com work better than the ones that came with it.

LOL. That was a great review. I usually refuse to read mouse reviews. I always though "What can you honestly day about a mouse that I can't see in the box???" You answered that question perfectly. Benchmarking a mouse. LOL.

Hey FRED STEWART, I'm not as eloquent as Random, but maybe you should suck mister pointy, eh?? This forum is for questions, comments, and feedback. Not some dumbassed unsupported statement. Tell me why you thought the article was worthless. Do you perfer the mouse reviews with the pretty pictures and worthless text describing the mouse as well as my five year old neice could?? I don't.
