laptop overclocking?

If the bios prohibits... is there anyway other way to overclock a laptop? I know that some mobo's have software that you can use you do it via gui. Jumpers?

dell inspiron 8000
850 mhz pIII 100fsb
384mb ram
intel 815em chipset

SoftFSB perhaps? If you can identify the clock generator on the MB SoftFSB may be able to OC for you...
